This project was built with a servo-controlled stack module design. The stacker utilizes a 3-axis gantry-style pick and place robot that transports the caps to the case. The system is designed to run at 450 caps per minute. It has the capability of packing one standard carton size and the cap stack module is designed as a 4-column stacker.
