SITUATION
The purchasing customer expressed the desire to create a Gaylord Tote Shaking machine that would shake the totes of plastic parts. The machine requirements included the machine to handle various weights of parts. Safety systems will shield the machine operator and bystanders from all safety hazards. The machine is designed to take up a small workplace.
OPPORTUNITY & IMPLEMENTATION
This system lifts one side of the tote at a time and repeatedly shakes to achieve product mixing.
The number of cycles and up/down rate can be adjusted. The system includes locking guard fencing
