SITUATION
The customer needed to automate an otherwise manual process. The system will be required to cut 3 sides based on orientation and feed the downstream while maintaining a rate of 30+ boxes per minute.
OPPORTUNITY & IMPLEMENTATION
The goal for this project is to automate the current process for control, operator safety and labor reducing automation. The system will receive a box on the conveyor, automatically cut 3 sides based on orientation, and feed downstream.
