SITUATION
The customer needed a high-speed machine to orient and feed plastic caps, running fully autonomous with zero unplanned downtime.
SOLUTION
Big Sky Engineering built a vacuum cap orienter and feeder using upper and lower 48″ spinner bowls to orient caps by vacuum, feeding them through a shared in-feed track sized for 89mm and 110mm caps. Entry and exit safety light curtains protect operators, and an adjustable elevation frame lets the discharge height be tuned to the downstream line.
