*Service Technician Position*

Essential Job Functions:
- Support installation of equipment and equipment startup at customer’s sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC’s, robots, HMIs, and vision system software.
- Redline electrical and mechanical documentation.
- Backup and manage machine software.
- Execute testing and run off parameters to verify machine operating as designed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Up to 75% travel required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven strong aptitude with computers and learning new systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI programming
- Proven experience working effectively in a team environment
- Required excellent oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Working knowledge of all MS Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Ability to perform basic mechanical adjustments.
- Other duties as requested by Operations / Service Manager.

*Automation Machine Builder Lead*

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of work experience required.
- Associate’s degree Automation Technology or Mechatronics or equivalent experience
Other Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft® Word™, Excel®, Outlook® and Teams®)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and to carry our assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to read Mechanical part and assembly drawings.
- Ability to interpret schematics.
- Ability to read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
- Ability to interpret specifications, schematics, job orders, and company policies and procedures for employees.
- Ability to inspect materials, products, and/or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Mechanically inclined individual with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, time management and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to multi-task and must be organized.
- Must be familiar with manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP Software is required.
